* Orders delivered after office hours (9h -17h) surcharges an additional 50k / 1 order

Area 1: District 9, Thu Duc District.

Area 2: District 1, District 2, District 3, District 4, District 7, Binh Thanh District,

Area 3: District 8, District 10, District 12, District Tân Bình, District Tân Phú, District Phú Nhuận, Go Vap District, Hoc Mon District, Binh Chanh District, Nha Be District.

* For orders in Can Gio and Cu Chi Districts. And provinces outside the HCM city.

These orders will be shipped by ViettelPost, 247Post.

+ Charges range from 150k -300k per product (exact fee will be reported after confirmation of order)

+ Time to receive goods from 3.5 to 7 days (depending on products and regions).

+ Will provide customers with bill of lading code to self-check orders.

Warranty Policy

I – WARRANTY TIME

All products manufactured and provided by Saigon Furniture are 12-month free warranty (from the date of delivery and installation).

II – WARRANTY POLICY

Office tables and cabinets.

These products are warranted for free

+ Defective products from manufacturers during production or transportation.

+ The table surface is severely scratched and warped.

These product is not warranted for free:

+ Products / components are not manufactured, imported and distributed by Saigon Furniture.

+ The product has natural wear and tear due to long-term use, or due to frequent exposure to the sun, rain and storm, moisture and mold … Any arbitrary changes or repairs from customers without being instructed by Saigon Furniture technical staff is also not accepted.

+ Products damaged by carelessness in the process of dismantling, transporting, bumping … of customers

+ In addition, to ensure the interests of customers, Saigon Furniture will consider specific cases with appropriate warranty conditions.

+ Products are in warranty conditions, Saigon Furniture will repair and replace damaged products and production errors.

III – WARRANTY TIME AND PROCESS

Office chair.

These products are warranted for free

+ Defective products from manufacturers during production or transportation.

+ Broken leg frame, broken iron frame or cracked weld.

+ The plastic leg is warranted for 1 year, and replaced in case of breakage.

These product is not warranted for free:

+ Product is out of warranty period (more than 12 months from the date of delivery and installation)

+ Products have broken planks during use.

+ Damaged by external effects such as falling, bumping, scratching, fire…

+ Frame of legs or back frames peeling paint during use.

+ The fabric, leather, simili cover seats are torn during use

+ Chair arm and legs are scratched during use

+ The mattress section is flat during use

– Warranty period: During working hours Monday – Friday: 8:30 am – 17:30 / Saturday: 8:30 – 12:00.

We will respond to the customer’s warranty request within 3 working hours. Warranty from 3-7 working days.
